Just Can't leaf them alone.

For all you icing lovers this is your paradise. Half icing & half cake your sweet tooth is sure to give you a ring. With chocolate and yellow cake, the leaves being cake also, I made these cupcakes for my home  due to the fall. The colors made me not want to eat them nor throw them away. I displayed them for quite sometime until they were hard and felt plastic.. what can I say, they were so nice.
Orange You Delicious!

Finally got the chance to do something with fruit so I experimented with one of my favorite fruits of all time. The Butter Creme icing really went well with the oranges, who would have knew that icing and oranges would mix so well. I have to admit, I didn't know what to expect when biting into it but I'm happy that I did.

Black & Purple Swirl :)

Went with a more traditional style for this batch of cupcakes. Chocolate cake mix with purple and white swirled icing on top..classic. The pearl on the top of them just topped off the whole princess theme I was trying to pull off.. turned out quite nice.
Red Velvet Anyone?

Well, not only is it red velvet but I also added a some french vanilla in the mix. The soft texture in the inside of the cupcake gave it a gooey goodness to it. First time making this and it turned out to be a huge hit at the event I took them to.
Dom! Dom! Dom!

So my friend Dominique birthday was coming up and I wanted to do something special for him. He likes many different types of cookies but I didn't just want him to have ordinary cookies. So without further a due I present to you, Dom Cookies! The first set was peanut butter, the second was oatmeal raisin and the third was chocolate chip. Happy that he really enjoyed them :).

And it ...Begins..

Rarr!

Fee Fi Foe Fum! Creativity struck once again, in monster form. A chocolate mix with butter creme icing, this just might me the tastiest creature you have ever sunk you teeth into. And don't worry about the eyes, they are edible also ;)
Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcakes!

Making these yellow and brown delights had to be one of the most happiest times I've had in the kitchen. I couldn't keep my family and friends off of them, (it's never hard to find test tasters) even though I repeatedly told them they were for a customer. Baking the cookie just right with a soft texture makes biting into cupcake all the better!
